WHAT IS NEEDED?

FRIS has turned wide-ranging feedback into a cohesive vision for the Gathering Place, but we need continued support to get it off the ground and are seeking committed partners for the next stages in the process.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING

Partners would develop a business plan that will define distinct projects and objectives, secure funding and nurture strategic partnerships.

RESOURCES AND

SITES

These partners would work with FRANAS to secure land, establish land assemblies and other resources.

GOVERNEMENT RELATIONS

FRIS's vision will require collaboration with all levels of government.  Support is needed to establish relationships with government officials and staff, as as well as a variety of community stakeholders.

OPERATIONS

FRIS has established a mission and vision, and needs an experienced board of directors to hep guide the process.  Key staff members in project management, communications, government relations, business and program development, and administration are also needed along with secure, ongoing operational funding.
